Teachers become such an important part of our children’s lives.
They teach them to read, write and understand the world around them. But somewhere between lessons, homework and school days, they also teach them things that are much harder to put into a textbook — to keep trying, to ask questions, to believe in themselves, to be kind, to participate, and sometimes simply to have the courage to raise their hand and speak.
And so, when Teacher’s Day comes around, it feels like a lovely opportunity to stop for a moment and say thank you.
Not necessarily with something elaborate or expensive. Sometimes, the smallest gestures are the most meaningful — a handwritten note, a card made by a child, a flower, or a few heartfelt words saying, “Thank you for inspiring me.”
That thought was at the heart of our Teacher Gratitude Stickers at weRevel.
We wanted to create something simple and cheerful that children and parents could use in their own way. A sticker could go on a handmade Teacher’s Day card, a little gift, a notebook, a bookmark, a chocolate, or even a tiny note written especially for a favorite teacher.
Each set has 40 round stickers in 8 different designs, with messages created around appreciation and gratitude for teachers.
But more than the stickers themselves, we love the idea behind them.
We want children to experience the joy of expressing gratitude.
To think about the people who teach them every day. To recognize the patience, encouragement and effort that often happen quietly in the background. And to learn that when someone makes a difference in our lives, it is worth taking the time to tell them.
